Menus under Mobutu Sese Seko (1930-1997), Marshal and President of Zaïre (1965-1997) - Europe / America / Asia Areas



All menus have been transported on board and signed by the captain Edouard Chemel who piloted all these flights. However, the obliteration of philatelic menus has been done after the Presidential flights.


1- Presidential menu Dakar Rio de Janeiro, 14th February 1987, published for the trip of his Excellency marshal Mobutu Sese Seko, a Concorde route map and a flight certificate. Menu signed by the Captain Edouard Chemel










2- Presidential menu New York Paris, 28 February 1987, published for the trip of his Excellency marshal Mobutu Sese Seko, and a Concorde route map. Menu signed by the Captain Edouard Chemel








3- Presidential menu Monbassa Hong Kong, 20th February 1989, published for the trip of his Excellency marshal Mobutu Sese Seko for the funerals of the Emperor Showa in Japan, a Concorde route map, a pilot logbook and a flight certificate. Menu signed by the Captain Edouard Chemel
